Meghan Vozila joined Ganguin Samartin as an Associate Solicitor in January 2017 and has over 9 years’ specialist experience in immigration. Meghan advises in all aspects of immigration including corporate and personal/human rights and provides in-depth advice to a range of clients including SMEs, large multinationals, high net worth clients, high profile celebrities, tech firms and entrepreneurs. She has particular expertise in European free movement and
acquired rights of EU nationals.
She is secretary and trustee for the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and regularly provides training for the organisation and speaks at its events. She is also a contributing author for the Lexis Immigration PSL function of LexisNexis/Reed Elsevier and has written several articles for this service as well as for other media publications.
Meghan has a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (and qualified as a UK solicitor in 2010). She trained at Laura Devine Solicitors and worked in Mishcon de Reya’s immigration department before working for five years at Sturtivant & Co. She joined Ganguin Samartin from Healys LLP, where she headed the London Immigration Team.
